This website

  • No cookies, no tracking. The site uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and contains no analytics or advertising tools.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
  • Payment. The “Subscribe” button loads a Polar script from cdn.jsdelivr.net and opens Polar's checkout, which processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. We never receive card details.
  • Creator codes. If you arrive from a link with a code (for example ?ref=CODE), the code is passed to the checkout to know who recommended M4k and to apply any discount. To show you the discount, the page asks our service whether the code exists, without recording anything. The code is not stored on your device. If you buy with the code, we record the date and amount of your subscription's payments, with the codes Polar uses for you and the subscription, never your name or email, to work out the creator's commission. The creator only sees totals.

The app and your plan

When you sign in with Discord in the app, Discord gives us only your account's identifier and name (never your email or password) and, with the permission you grant, lets us add you to the M4k Discord server; we then check your roles in the server (“utente” for the Free plan, “premium” for PRO). To run the plans we keep the Discord account's identifier and name, a hashed identifier of the computer and the date of last use, to enforce the limit of one PC at a time for PRO. For subscribers we also receive from Polar the list of Discord accounts with an active subscription, with the Polar customer code, so anyone who leaves the server and rejoins gets the “premium” role back. The service is hosted by Cloudflare. The app has no telemetry: every connection it makes is listed in section 8 of the terms.

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), by writing to supporto@m4ktweaks.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
